Sometimes you don’t know. But sometimes it will be gone in the morning, or there will be a little natural gift in its place. Or you just have an especially good day or a good dream the next day. And you just go, oh maybe that was the offering. Its not fireworks, but it generally feels good.
Yes, 1734 was founded by Joe Bearwalker Wilson based off his training from local American traditional witches and letter exchanges he had with Robert Cochrane aka Roy Bowers. Those letters are available to read on Joe Wilson’s website, which is still maintained despite his death. His website is the best source for information besides working directly with a coven.
Many people also are interested in Clan of Tubal Cain because 1734 is influenced by its British cousin, obviously as Cochrane had a hand in founding both. But ultimately 1734 is a different thing. For more info on CoTC Shani Oates books, Evan John Jones books, and also of influence—because she was a member of CoTC for a time: Doreen Valiente.
You aren’t doing anything wrong. Don’t assume others are actually having more legit experiences than you. Theirs could be imagination just as much as yours could. Feel for you if its mystical and spiritual and if whatever you learn has any relevance to others then consider sharing it somehow. I think art, poetry and story are excellent ways to share powerful mystical experiences with others so they can share in some portion of the epiphany.
