Generally, getting good enough at witchcraft and magic to effect major change with no tools and ingredients and just a chant takes time and practice. Especially when the magic is going to change someone else because a lot of the best simple magic requires acting in accord. Which is a way of maximizing opportunities for your magic to manifest. (even then your magic might still surprise you and come from sources you hadn’t even attempted). I was looking for jobs after getting fired and I applied everywhere, but actually my magic worked by my old boss feeling bad for firing me and convincing his friend to hire me for the same position at a different firm and he called me and offered me a job out of the blue). But a spell done to change someone else, its gonna be hard to get them to act in accord.
Look if you do that, if you come to my box and ask for a quick fix, I will still try to help you probably. That is what I do. But I do want to impress upon folks that practice helps a lot. If you are interested in the craft, and think it is something you might want to do, but haven’t tried it yet. Do not wait for tragedy to hit. Start getting practice now—because you will be that much more prepared if and when you really need it.
Maybe you will still need help and might come to another witch’s inbox, but you will come with experience behind your question and will be more able to understand their answer and more able to implement a successful spell.
